Servers won't start

Check if another process is using ports 8081, 5050, or 5052. On Mac/Linux: lsof -i :8081. The launcher will try to kill existing processes automatically.

Data not loading / charts empty

Check Data Source Connectivity above. If all sources are green, try Clear Server Cache. If something is red, check your network connection or contact the team.

Go to the Log Viewer section below, select the relevant log file, and screenshot or copy the recent errors. Share them in the support channel.
